Starting this May, Samsung provides new options for the payment of purchased applications on Samsung Apps; is charged to the bill (for post-paid) or cut the pulse (for pre-pay). This method is applied to a number of countries in Europe and Asia – including Indonesia.
Vietnam, Thailand, and India is another Asian country earlier generations who receives this application.
How to pay with credit cards, prepaid cards and cyber cash is still valid. But this latest choice was certainly easier and more secure – no need to enter sensitive data like credit card.
Marking the launch of this payment system, Samsung Apps prepare promotion titled ‘Buy Hot Apps, Get Cool Gadgets!’ in some countries. As this article is published, Samsung Indonesia has not yet sure whether the promotion is valid also in Indonesia.
In this campaign, the purchase of applications – including those based Bada – during the promotion will automatically be included sweepstakes, and the winner chosen at random. Promotion runs from May 17 until June 20. The winner was announced on June 27, at www.samsungapps.com.
